Cancellations/ No Call No Shows: Late cancellations leave an empty block in the schedule that could have otherwise been filled. To avoid this, I ask that any appointment cancellations or reschedules be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of estimated price. This will be charged to the card used to book the appointment. In the event the card is declined, This amount must be paid before your next appointment. The same applies if you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify me ahead of time. I understand that sometimes things happen, so please talk to me if you think you will miss your appointment. After multiple cancellations or reschedules you may be removed from my client books. If you book an appointment you agree to this policy and agree to these charges. If you dispute any cancellation/no-show charges, you will be removed from my client's books. No exceptions. Again, communication is KEY. Please communicate to the best of your ability. I am understanding and will do my best to accommodate scheduling changes with notice. Additionally a non-refundable deposit may be required to book. All deposits will be credited towards service charge at time of appointment. Late arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in an automatic cancellation of said appointment (please refer to the above cancellation clause). If I can still accommodate you on the same day there will be a late fee added to the service and will be 100% at my discretion. Always let me know ahead of time, if possible if you think you might be late.
